We will be preforming for the Festival of Lights at Powell Gardens on Sunday, November 22 and 29 at 6 PM.

REHEARSALS: We plan to rehearse the next two Saturdays, November 14 and 21 at 2 PM in the back parking lot of Leawood United Methodist Church (2915 West 95th Street, Leawood, KS 66206). At this time the weather looks to be rainy and in the 50s on Saturday. Does anyone have a large garage where we could rehearse if it does rain? Or does anyone have a big tent we could set up in the church parking lot?
MUSIC: We will be playing from the Horns A Plenty Christmas Books and a few of Gavin’s Christmas arrangements. Bring your own music stand.
COVID SAFE: We are asking that everyone wear a mask and to also have a cover for your bell. I have purchased several bell covers and will have them available at rehearsal. I will also provide puppy pads at the performance to empty our “water” safely.
What we need from you now is to please complete this Google Form and let us know if you can perform one or both dates. Let us know what rehearsals you will be able to attend and if you need bell covers. PLEASE COMPLETE THIS FORM BY THURSDAY, NOVEMBER 13.
